One of the most valuable benefits of AFSMI corporate membership is the research we develop and publish on important topics in the services industry.  We have assembled a research team that includes analysts with expertise in field service, technical support, professional services and service automation technology.  In addition to the development of primary research in the services arena, this team provides our members with unique insights about how research results can impact their businesses.Excerpts and abstracts of our research may be made available to the public, but the bulk of our research is reserved for our corporate members.
